Yeah, that incident with Croagunk pretty much confirms that Cynthia is OK with it.
 
Well, I'm more of a BrockxHolly shipper and a LucianxCynthia shipper, but I don't mind this ship either. It's rather cute, and has a nice foundation to work from.

A dish of Brock goes nicely with a side of any pretty girl anyway.
