Remember Brodie.

I always thought he was an interesting character and his last appearance at least suggested that he would be back as an occasional recurring villain, since he was no longer apart of Team Magma anymore and yet he hasn’t made any appearances since the Hoenn Era.

Do you think he was simply dropped or with new villains like Team Galactic and Hunter J, someone like Brodie, isn’t even needed?

I don't think he'll be seen again, but then again stranger things have happened.

They brought the PMC back in Hoenn! An obscure villain team that was only in one Johto filler, and they randomly came back for a Hoenn episode.

Brodie would be random to see again now though.

There have been a lot of characters that when they were last seen seemed as though they may show up again. Yet, they haven't. It's probably just because that could be way to many recurring characters if the directors were to keep up every character. It could be really cool to see Brodie again though since he was an interesting character. Wasn't it said somewhere that Galactic was made up of some former grunts from like magma and aqua, or am I mistaking myself? If that's the truth i could see Brodie coming up with Galactic, but it seems a bit late for that. J's seemed to have taken the role of like stand alone villain really well, so Brodie kinda isn't necessary.

Let's hope they leave Team Magma and Aqua and anything associated with them dead. Even one of the better members like Brodie.

If Jigglypuff won't be seen, chances are Brodie won't be seen.
We have a fatter chance of seeing Charles Goodshow in the Sinnoh League.

Mr. Goodshow was at all 3 leagues, he'll probably be seen again in the Sinnoh one.

I wonder if Mr. Goodshow wonders why Ash is always traveling with a new girl, lol. IIRC he did ask if May was Norman's daughter at the Hoenn league or something like that.

...why in the world would Goodshow not be at the Sinnoh league. '-'

I'm kinda surprised they didn't take the chance to plug Brodie into Team Galactic. It's stated somewhere in the games that many of the Galactic Grunts were former Rocket, Magma, and Aqua Grunts like SUPEREPIC said, right?

Well, at the same time we had Brodie featured prominently in two episodes whereas Archie and Maxie only appeared in the finale two-parter and Courtney and Matt didn't appear at all. So maybe if they had had Brodie at TG member, it would have been at the cost of giving Mars and/or Jupiter their prominence? Who knows.

Speaking of which, anyone else annoyed Courtney and Matt never appeared? I love those two, especially the latter. Would have liked more Archie too. And since its been mentioned, if Team Rocket's Delibird has reappeared twice, where the heck is Jigglypuff?

But to answer to question, I'm not expecting Brodie to pop up somewhere, although it could be nice to hear from that male, crossdressing, evil version of Duplica again. Just not at the cost of anyone else's screentime.

Why does everyone only remember Brodie's crossdressing outfits? He dressed as whoever was handy.

Brodie seems to be more item-based while J captures living things. It'd be interesting to see them working in tandem.

LOL! @ his age, he probably thinks they're all one in the same.

No, that's sad to think about. But in all honesty, I bet Mr. Goodshow had his fair share of women back in the day, so he knows all about the quirks of Pokemon journeying.

Who?

Anyway, I never much cared for Bannai. Sure the costume thing was quite cool (and a little creepy - reminded me a bit too much of Number 4 from Agatha Christie's The Big Four), but I was never heartbroken that he didn't return. As far as I'm concerned, J > Bannai and Ginga > Magma/Aqua.

Since we already have a guy who has the potential to be a disguise-freak *cough*Looker*cough* Brodie doesn't have that uniqueness to him anymore. There isn't a plausible reason to bring him back anyway.

Pokemon Mystery Club. Don't know the exact episodes they were in, though.

They were after a Lunatone in a Hoenn ep and a Cleffa in a Johto ep (i think). Also they're kinda similar to TR in the giant mecha thing.:p

Probably because in his first appearance he disguised himself as a woman for no given reason. And the "wtf?" factor of that woman suddenly being an incognito Magma member at the end of it.

So nothing special then? xD
At least in their first episode, they had this awesome recurring joke about their ability to make their huge devices merely out of a few bolts and metal rods they had in a tiny little bag.

Brodie would be random to see again now though.

I think that would be part of the fun since Brodie was a pretty random character to begin with. It defiantly would be fun to see an episode with him and Hunter J going after the same prize, but then again I am a sucker for the Villain vs. Villain stories.

Oh geez, The Pokémon Mystery Club!

I complete forgot about them! They weren’t really villains more like anti-heroes, since they were more focused on the their goal to prove that Pokémon were aliens more than anything else (almost makes you wonder why they never appeared in an episode with Deoxys)

He also had an evil Ditto. Ditto...with a villain, best thing ever.

I remember people joking about him ripping off Duplica's character. He was like an evil version of Duplica, heh.

The PMC would be interesting to bad there arn't any new pokemon from space soory maybe next Gen.

Uh, when I think about it, we've seen The Salesman return in Sinnoh. But the thing is, he's a reocurring joke, Adam Brodie needs a reason.
