Broken links due to vb4 upgrade

This also seems to occur in social groups; groups that have similar or special character names will cause unreachable urls.
 
I've already noticed the special character problem. This one is a result of the way vb4 makes urls, and our ability to change our usernames. Anything that links to blog/psystrike no longer works unless it had the old links using user and category id#
