Bulbacast Season 2 - Episode 3 Preview/Review Thread

Yes, it's time once again for Bulbacast, this time, it'll be episode 3. As usual, if you want to be a call-in, post here. Remember that the IRC channel [HASHTAG]#bulbacast[/HASHTAG] @ irc.systemnet.info will open one hour before cast time. The time of the cast will be announced tomorrow. Apologies for the late announcement. The cast will start sometime in the next few hours, so if you'd like to participate as a call-in, now's the time to start hopping on Skype.

Er, uh......

About that, you see the problem with that is, I don't know anyone else who would actually let me use their computer for something like this.


Also, I apologize in advance for the very loud background noise. But you can blame that on the huge amount of people this room gets. On Saturday's we have the SSBM rankings going on, and sometimes people play Yugioh down here as well. >_>

There's not much I can do about that, except tell people to, "try to be more quiet, because a radio broadcast is being recorded". Though, I doubt everyone would listen to me.

However, there is a way we could work around that problem. If my questions could be recorded at an earlier time on Saturday, then that might actually work (the SSBM rankings aren't until 8:00 PM anyway, and the Yugioh players aren't down here until later in the evening as well). ^^



And oh yeah, I'm sorry about that repetitive question I asked, about money in the Pokemon world. >_< I guess that's just something that will never be answered in the anime, apparently. It's similar to the "Who is Ash's father" question (and no I DIDN'T ask that, by the way). Neither of those questions has an answer, at least not at this point anyway.


I will definitely have better questions this Saturday (hehe, I already know what they are, and they have not been asked before on the Bulbacast). ^_^

If you can prerecord your stuff Lisa using say Audacity and put the file on YouSendIt, it makes it much easier when the cast has to be edited.

Audacity? I don't think the computers in this room have that program. I would have to install it.

Then there's the fact that I've never used that program before, so I don't know how to use it.


Also, I don't know why, but something tells me that if I were to record the questions on my own, I would be more likely to mess up. O.O


I guess I just feel more comfortable recording everything on-the-air.

Anyway, what is the earliest in the evening you guys could start recording? Maybe, if we're lucky, you could have me ask my questions "before" all the activity gets started down here, like an hour or two before-hand. Heck, it should be around the announced recording time for the BC anyway, that is, if you plan to record my questions first thing (you may even want to do that before the introduction thing, if possible).

Of course, if that's too much trouble, that's okay. Then I guess I could try out the Audacity program instead, and see if I can do a good recording of myself on there......

Well there is one other option actually. I can call you on Skype either today or tomorrow and record you using Pamela. Basically, just write your questions down that you want discussed and read them while I am recording.

Oh. Well, that sounds okay......

I guess I could do that. ^^o


But then I wouldn't get to hear any of the wonderful discussions, lol (unless - they call me when they are about to discuss my questions, and I mute my mic and just "listen").

I don't know, I still like my idea better (record me at the earliest possible time you can, that kinda thing).


But hey, whatever works best, I guess. ^_^
