Bulbagarden/Bulbapedia Artwork Quality

I've been saving some of the Artwork from the Bulbagarden/Bulbapedia Archives--for myself and no one else--and a lot of them were awsome! However, I still ran into a few problems... First, the Anime Artwork (Not a TV Show Screenshot) Weedle happened to have its Shiny Color--instead of its normal coloring--as his Normal Image. Second, quite a few of the Images I found were .png files. The problem with these is when saved to a computer they are given a Black Background instead of a White Background. And when I tried to fix the saved Image of these characters (both Human & Pokemon Characters alike) the outline of the Image Jagged with Rough Corners. Third, most of the Human Characters--especially the GBA Series Characters--were a little fuzzy when the Pokemon Characters had Clearer Images. Lastly, most of the GBA characters had a second problem as well. They still had a White Background, but their Background changes color--lightly or severely--in certain areas of the Image. Pokemon Fire Red & Leaf Green's Elite Four Agatha for example not only has the fuzziness problem, but it also has a color discoloration in the upper-right hand corner. This may be an example of a lightly discoloration, but of seen others with a dark shade of Gray in another Image's Corner as well. Can I request for these problems to be fixed in the near future?

You can join the wiki and upload your own pictures. Really, since the pictures do a good enough job to get the message across, I don't see any problem with them. This is a wiki, not an image board. However, as a user of the wiki, you would have the ability to correct this, if you really think it's a problem.
