Just recently I came up with this concept of the "OS-tan" characters, who are mainly cute girls personificating opeartive systems and computer programs like Windows, Mac, Linux, etc. Originally they were only for OS, but nowadays people make them for just about anything, from trains and planes, to movie monsters, or webpages. Anyway, some other sites had come up with their tans, so what about us creating a tan for Bulbagarden? This is were you can help me out. I need to see your suggestions of how should she look like. Obviously, this character needs to have elements from the Pokemon series and the site itself like her hair style, clothing, personality, details and especially the colors.
