Bulbagarden to undergo maintenance May 23-24: Outages to fix errors, global logins

Update: Phase 1 is over. All problems with a 503 error should be gone. Phase 2 will deal with login problems. Due to some server issues the Bulbagarden network is currently experiencing, the whole Bulbagarden site will be down on May 23 from 10:00 - 11:00 GMT and on May 24 from 10:00 - 13:00 GMT.
