Hmm... wasn't one of the things we learnt about Manyula/Weavile last year that they always live in pairs? That sounds like it could be a plot point as the title hints at there only being one.

Also of note is that this is the second filler in a row to revolve around a 4th-gen Pokémon.
 
It is curious, but all Ash has to do is win at the Pyramid and we can wrap up and be on our way. Including this one, I think we have one more weekend of July left, and then we can go on to August. I think they can go on to September, but to suggest them going further than that is insanity.

It is normal to see the next gen at this point, but this one has had more of its pokes featured before the region itself it's ridiculous. (5 out of the 9 currently known pokes)

At least they're about new Pokémon and not ones we've seen a million times already.

If 4Kids was still dubbing it, their title would probably be the already-used "Once in a Weavile".
