You know, originally I was going to get only the movies... but that's actually kind of cool. I might pick this up. Too bad it probably won't have the japanese track, that would seal the deal.
 
I know Dogasu said that subbing the entire first season would take more than six months from scratch. However, I doubt making a box set of episodes already encoded to DVD would take six months. Perhaps they already have a translation. Time will tell. I wish we got more info on this though.
 
Well,I doubt it has the intire first arc. By season I though they meant 13 or 26 epp. not 52, or however many there was in the first arc.
 
This is not necesarily what the box set will follow, but Pokemon.com puts the end of season 1 at Bulbasaur's Mysterious Garden. (Episode 50 when you remove the Porygon/Dratini episodes.) I think they used to put the divide around the Todd episodes a little later, though.
 
It's about damn time we got Season One.
