This is wrong as the promotion started in Canada on August 28, and has already gone though two waves (Wave 1: Blastoise, Pikachu and Chespin. Wave 2: Venusaur, Fennekin and Pancham).
The first wave has already ended, and the second wave is currently in effect, but will probably be ending soon. We have two more waves left.
