Bulbapedia account registering problem.

When I tried to register an account on Bulbapedia, it said...

Permission Error
The action you have requested is limited to users with the "checkemail" permission assigned. See Bulbapedia:Administrators.

I'm pretty sure I didn't do anything wrong.
 
I have a similar problem
I've signed up for Bulbapedia, but I forgot my password, but it won't email me a new one! And it won't let me create a new account!
I tried to PM Ariach about this (sorry if I mispelt that), but there's been no reply as of yet.
