Is your Bulbapedia account the same as your Bulbagarden Forums account? Because I tried logging in to Bulbapedia for the first time and it said there was no user named "Dralcax". I just wanted to make sure they were seperate so I don't get banned for having a dupe account.

I think they are seperate and you will need to register on Bulbapedia too because the wiki is seperate from the forums.

That is correct, Bulbapedia and the Forums are separate accounts.
You don't have to worry about duplicate accounts. However, if you are also planning on joining Bulbanews and/or Archives as well then you won't have to re-register for those.
