At any point in time since Bulbapedia's creation, you could go to the recent changes page, go through the list, and see about 10% of all edits documented, on a good day. Why is this the case? There's a little place at the bottom of the edit page that allows you to document your edits -- why is no one using this?
The lack of edit documentation makes it especially difficult for people who care about certain articles to quickly see what was changed and why, among other things. Lack of documentation makes seeing changes in history especially difficult; how do you tell what edit is what when there are 50 of them by 25 different people and none of them bothered to document anything?
This rant was going to originally be a lot longer and more coherent but I'm getting annoyed just by typing it. Please start documenting your edits -- that input field is there for a reason.
