That's the message I got. The database is locked until it's completed.

That happens when the Database is locked. The same thing happened to me a few weeks ago.
 
This might be related. I'm having trouble staying logged in. I don't think it's a problem with my computer, as I'm not having any troubles with cookies here or anywhere else. But on the 'pedia, I can only visit one or two pages before it logs me out for some odd reason.
 
Clear your Bulbawiki (all three) cookies and the cache and try logging in again. There has been an update to the unified login system altering how the cookies work.
 
I have another problem - I keep getting logged off automatically every two minutes. Anybody else have that?
 
I must be doing something wrong because it's still not letting me stay logged in...
 
mine just randomly won't load at all, or says "page cannot be displayed" quite a bit, seems ok now.

If you're using Firefox, simply pressing Shift+Crtl+Delete will open a handy little menu that will let you delete those. I'm not very sure how to do it on IE or Safari though.

I've cleared my browser's cookies several times now, and it doesn't seem to be working.
 
Hmm. I have no idea what the problem is, then. I haven't had any problems.

Try the tools menu; there's usually something under there. In IE6, it's Tools/Internet Options, and the "delete cookies" is midway down the General tab. I'd imagine it's the same on 7, but I can't be sure.

Well... OK. Thanks for trying. I guess I'll figure it out after I'm done traveling.
