Hi all, I'm a real fan of Bulbapedia and I was interested in creating an application for some platforms that gets content from Bulbapedia as main and probably only source... Do you know if there are any limitations regarding this kind of activities??

That depends on how exactly you plan to get the content (live fetching vs local database), and if it's intended as a commercial project or not.

The App is intended to be totally free to use, with live fetching of the biggest part of the data, and just a server side caching of most relevant content, if necessary in terms of performances...
Even though I don't have any commercial purpose, the idea was just to add an Ad once at a time in order to at least reduce the server costs...

I'm afraid if you're planning to put any ads on there at all, regardless of the reason, we have to deny your request.

The only other chance might be a "donation" system... But that means that the project might close if people won't support the project...
