GEN VI: Bulbasaur wanted!

I'm looking for a Bulbasaur and for someone who has one but does not mind what they receive for the Bulbasaur. The only reason I'm posting this is because I want to make sure it's a legitimate Bulbasaur, not a hacked one .

I don't need any special stats or what not, this is mainly for my Pokedex.
