Nyasu's fired? Please don't be permanant. It would probably make a little more room for Rocketshipping, but TR wouldn't be the same without him.

Always had a bit of a soft spot for Nyasu, so I'm looking forward to this one. I'm hoping they refer back to his fears of being too noticable in Isshu, but they dropped everyone fangasming over Pikachu, so my expectations of that are low.

This kinda reminds me of that DP episode where Nyasu wanted to be an infomercial star, but I bet this one will be much better. Wonder who fires him? Matori?

I don't know what to think about this. Usually, when there is a question mark in the title, it means that the event in question won't happen. But the summary says he is fired. So what gives? Did this happen with the summary of the previous TRio episode (DP178)?
I'll still convince myself that won't happen though, just in case.

And by "could" you of course mean "are". There are always two breaks in July, one to air last year's movie, eating Naruto's time slot in the process, and one so Naruto can get its time slot back.
As for the episode itself... "Yeah right".
Could be fun, though, but fun plot and the BW Rockets sound like an odd combination.

Anyways, this looks like a pretty entertaining episode. Hopefully it doesn't end up to be like that incredibly boring "Meowth falls in love" filler we had in DP.

I hope this isn't a "Jumping Rocket Ship" rip-off, but on some level, it would be good because I really liked that episode. I wonder if that Scrafty could be wild.

Well since the tournament is BW41, we can assume it lasts 3 episodes....so that's BW42 and 43 as well.
BW44 might be the 4th Gym battle, since we know Elesa debuts in the first tournament ep.
BW45 sounds like the usual, "TR break up story after a Gym battle" story they usually do.

Doubt it. I mean, Jessie, James and Meowth have been a trio since the anime started. Meowth will get fired, and through some weird plot-forced dealy, he'll be given his position back at the end of the episode.

That was a one-time incident in DP117. The noodle chef comes back as a cameo in DP146 when Meowth performed a contest appeal. Meowth did want to quit TRio again in DP178 over a stupid love story.
Though I do agree that Meowth's story comes out of nowhere. Hopefully the four or five battles of the tag battle tournament can clear some things up. (There is supposed to be a new "big mission" for TRio, and I'm guessing Meowth screws up?)
