Preview BWS2DA!E20 - Zekrom

So, might this be the same Zekrom that was used as an excuse to de-power Pikachu, get Ash to lose to Trip starting the worst rivalry ever and then for no reason give him back his powers?
 
I'm placing bets, I think this will be Ash's good-bye episode, leaving the region for a new one, it'd make sense since Zekrom appeared in the first episode of BW.
 
If August has no further delays, this brings us to the end of September. There would be two weeks between then and XY's premiere.

If we had to go by what pocketmonsters.net tells us (which is supposed to be pretty trustworthy), it would be like this:

July 18: Alexa episode
July 25: Treasure episode
August 1: Clair episode
August 8: Break (due to baseball apparently)
August 15: Noivern/Ghosts episode
August 22: Foongus
August 29: Exploud
September 5: Pansage
September 12: Lapras
September 19: Zekrom

October 17: XY premiere

So that would give us a full month break, actually.

No, I don't think that is confirmed. Pocketmonsters.net just didn't reveal any episodes further than the Zekrom one. They're probably gonna use the month for a few episodes in Pallet, and Cilan and Iris's farewell.

It would make sense though if this was BW's last episode, as it would come full circle, with Zekrom in the first episode and in the last episode, kinda like with Ho-oh in the Original Series.
 
I didn't know if Alexa and the Noivern/Ghost thing was one thing. It's not confirmed, I was just trying to figure out if it was plausible. I don't know why they would have no new eps for a whole month. For two gens in a row, there was often a one week break before the next gen aired. I think both of these resulted in a multiple ep airing for the premiere, though. DP began with a 3-ep thing, though. (it was delayed later, though, but not after the premiere) I don't think this is the last ep, BUT I do think it might have to do with what the endgame for this gen will be. That this will begin a scenario that will end BW.
 
I see. I'm asking, because I'm definitely expecting at least two more episodes. One for Ash, Iris and Cilan spend time in Pallet and have Iris and Cilan find out what they're going to do and the second for the departure and Ash leaving for Kalos. Either that, or they'd save him leaving for Kalos until the premiere of XY.
 
I don't know, I could see a rushed ending for Dento and him/Iris leaving in the same episode :p
 
I'm currently more awaiting the moment the last non-legend 5th gen poke that hasn't been put in the regular anime yet, Klang. This will be only end that really matters to me, and I'm not sure if it'll happen. I almost didn't notice Eelektrik being featured. Everything else, it doesn't really matter to me.
 
I think I'll watch this one, mostly out of curiosity.
I'm pretty sure it is the same Zekrom that appeared in the first episode of BW and I want to see what the writers will use him for.
 
Zekrom's appearance here will probably be anticlimatic like Reshiram's shoehorned debut at the end of Episode N.

I wish to not set myself up for disappointment again.
 
Calling it now: Zekrom wants to train with Iris because it recognizes what a strong Dragon trainer she is. It also explains why she was riding it and is the perfect closure for Iris.

By BW standards, it makes perfect sense.

In all seriousness, if this is the same Zekrom from the first episode of BW, I'd like to see how Ash will react to it. He may still get awed and act friendly, despite what it did to Pikachu.
