Cacturne Culture
Main Rules:
1. Loyalty; loyalty is absolute.
This is by far the most important and also what keeps Cacturne Society knit so tightly together. If you make a vow to someone you MUST obey it!
2. Loyalty to clansmembers
This is similar but considered separate. It turns into rule one if you vow loyalty to someone, or are already under a contract of sorts to keep you loyal. Loalty to the clan is still important, but not as much as the first one.
3. No eating humans or Cacturne when not needed (in other words, not hungry). Eat humans before Cacturnes, as well as Cactis-children (Cacnea).
4. No socializing with humans, unless you are captured.
If you are loyal to them, rule one applies. If you feel no need to be loyal to them though, nothing is keeping them from killing them, and no one ill bame you if you eat them.
Other rules (but not all as there's too many to write right now):
1. Do no steal from another Cacturne.
2. No affection unless in the breeding season. In human's terms, no kissing, no hugging, no licking (why would you lick each other unless to eat each other?), basically no touching of any kind. The only time off for this rule is for the breeding season, because... well, you can't expect anyone to mate without touching.

_-_-_-
Cacturnes' houses usually composed of sand (or sand and mud, not sure), like the arabs live in, or they may live in caves or holes carved into rock. They may have furniture, which is stolen from humans, they only exception being furniture made from rocks such as tables, chairs, and even furnaces (obviously such furniture is for guests, and also to show off). Furniture is usually for those with higher up positions or just those with good enough social skills to manipulate others into stealing furniture for them.

That's enough for now, I'm tired.

Cacturne Culture cont.
They live in groups, or tribes. Sometimes they can be found traveling alone or in pairs, but if they are alone they risk being caught and eaten by wild Flygon, or getting lost and dying of starvation.
There group hierarchy works like this: Regular; Elders, and Eldest Elders. The regular is age 6 months/evolution-11 years. The elders are 12-49 years. The eldest elders are aged 50+, the oldest ones being recorded as over 100! The average age of death of a Cacturne is 40 in the wild. In captivity/trainer ownership, their average age of death is 60.
They write in a sort of X, lines, and crosses style. They use their needles to carve lines in sand or on the walls of caves. The only languages it bares some resemblance to is Japanese and Mandarin Chinese.
The two most talked about things Cacturne talk about are sex and food. I wouldn't know of any Cacturne that doesn't like talking about one of those, let alone both.
