California Dog Burned by Explosives Reunited With Owner

Whoever strapped those explosives on that dog deserves to be sent to an asylum. Looks like the dog and its owner are having their happy ending after reuniting.
 
It's great when you don't keep track of your dog, and find it through a news report about somebody having set off explosives on one. It's a mystery the owner is let out under no investigation.
 
Strapping explosives to a dog is absolutely unspeakable. Oh, I just said what everyone else said. Well it's true.

But I'm confused. Anybody else who looks into a dogs eyes would think, "D'awwww, so cute!" But not this person. I can't help but wonder how that could be. Whoever did this must be truly horrible. Thankfully he's still alive. Poor thing.
 
They just added insult to injury by calling him "Rocket." I mean seriously, come on guys.
 
Rocket? thats not funny at all considering what happened to the poor dog, thankfully he's alive and with his owner again. What kind of awful person would do such a thing? The indivisial that did this is very dangerous because the bomb couldve exploded and killed people as well as the dog, which may have been their intention in the first place.
 
Disgusting. That is the first word that came to mind when I read that. Thank goodness the poor thing is still alive. If that were my dog, I would have been scared to death as well as super pissed. I hope they catch that POS who did that.
