I won't go in details about the gruesome scenes. I just want to know if I'm allowed to.

I think you'd be safe. Just make sure to give people a fair warning. Even if you're not going into detail, it's better to be safe than sorry.

Of course you can. Blogs are meant to post about daily lives, reviews, and certain things that doesn't quite fit anywhere else on the forums. If you post about gruesome or graphic (Hopefully non-nudity) scenes, post a warning if you want to be safe and not cause any problems.
