Can I get a shiny Absol?

I don't exactly have a whole lot to offer, but I can get it. Some Ev's would be nice, but not necessary.

Nothing specific, I was just wondering what shinies you have. Do you have any lvl 1 UT?

Well, I have an Eevee and a Riolu (just off the top of my head), but the Riolu might take me a bit to get back. My friend is cloning him one.
