I was just watching the trailer for movie 13 and near the end was this dark version of ash. i was thinking that it could be pokemon z. we know it's an illusion pokemon, so maybe he took ash's form?

It's likely. I think Zoroark is Dark Ash, but that's my opinion.

wow so does that means Dark Ash is a werewolf?

And if he is Ash's mortal enemy, that makes Ash a vampire. Which I guess means all the girls where just Bella's.

...

anyways, yeah it sounds like an interesting concept. Let's hope they don't mess it up. Mewtwo strikes back had an interesting concept and from what I heard was good in the Japanese version, but 4Kids messed up royally.

4kids is evil. but lol at the twilight thing.

I don't have anything against 4kids, but the only thing that I can think of that's ridiculous is cutting huge amounts out of the main plot of One Piece. I'm not a fan of One Piece, nor have I ever watched it.... but I heard from several people that they messed it up bigtime. If they were gonna change the story so drastically like that because of certain content they thought was unappropriate, why aquire the show in the first place?

Anyhoo.... for the topic at hand, I think there's a good chance of Zoroark being Evil Ash. What my big question is this: Is it impersonating Ash for its own reasons, or is somebody (the possible bad guy if Zoroark isn't the main antagonist) in ownership of Zoroark and making it impersonate Ash? For either answer, what are its motives or its possible owner's motives?

For the Legendary Beasts fighting each other, I'm assuming Zoroark impersonates one of 'em or each one and attacks 'em.

Sounds logical. It may be an overused plot point but it makes sense.

zoroark actually seems pure evil to me. sure, there are "no evil pokemon" but it seems like he could be the first.

If you're talking about the 10th movie, Darkrai wasn't evil in that... I think it was considered evil in one of the Mystery Dungeon games, but nothing else besides in that particular game. Yeah, it causes people to have nightmares, but according to Bulbapedia it's "actually a defense mechanism rather than a malicious intent."

No, I mean that people thought Darkrai was evil but the movie proved it wasn't... except in Japan.

yeah, i was talking about the movie 10 one.

i didn't play that mystery dungeon, but that's lie an alternate universe series, so i still don't think darkrai is evil
