Can somebody translate this for me?

I believe she's making a comment about wanting her chest to evolve.
 
Um, I'm really bad at Japanese but could use practice, so I shall try my best!

In the first panel, the label just says Kasumi.

In the second, the sign says: Hot Spring of Evolution. Evolution stone ingredients are dissolved in it. Beneficial to shoulders and lower back. Sometimes people can evolve.
Misty says: Hmmmm

In the third panel: Misty says: "Maybe my breasts will evolve," in the first bubble, and I can't quite figure out the second. And the third bubble says something was bad.

I hope that doesn't suck too badly.
