Okay, here's what I remember about it. There's this boy who burned down a school and his friends got blamed for it, one day when he's walking to school he sees a guy who gets hit by a train, but the guy is perfectly fine after and says he only did it to get his memories back. This girl comes by and says she is an agent or something, and falls in love with the train guy. My memory is a bit hazy to what happens next, but they get caught by the Yakuza, the train guy is brainwashed by some weird company, and the boy starts fighting the train guy. Has anyone heard of this Manga? I know the train guys name is ______ of the _____ Wind.
