Can you bring me back my banned user for my current one?

Hi. A few months ago my brother had a user name named "Kojiro" (a link- View Profile: Kojiro - Bulbagarden Forums). He used to talk with this user but unfortunately we forgot that we can't have two users, and you banned this user.

Now my brother can't have a user name with his favorite character's name, Kojiro.

Can I actually "switch" these users, and have this user (pokemon_master2) to be banned and Kojiro to be active? Because my brother is really sad, and I barely talk in this forum.

I would be happy if you help me.
 
That actually sounds like a mistake. He was probably banned because you two share the same IP. You're not allowed to have more than a single account yourself, but we do allow siblings to have their own account. I'd suggest contacting an admin about it.

For future reference, please let the staff know beforehand if a sibling is signing up on the forum, so we can prevent situations like this.
 
So someone can check this out and do something with my brother's account? To whom should I contact?
 
I would contact an admin personally, such as SaturnYoshi or evkl. They should be able to unban your brother. It seems like the ban was made manually through the Mod/Admin CP and not through infractions (which is strange), so we have no idea who was the one who banned your brother in the first place.
