Can you get the Arceus codes in other countries?

Hello!

I heard about the Arceus distribution, and I want to know if I can get the code when I don't live in any of the listed countries. BTW I'm from Poland :O
 
At the moment, I have no idea. I live in the US so I snagged a couple from GameStop (didn't even have to preorder anything :D).
