Was just thinking about it, and thought that Sonic the Hedgehog would make an awesome pokemon. He'd be a Steel/Fighting, have Ninjask like speed, and his moveset would involve moves like Rollout, Hi Jump Kick and stuff, and his shiny would be gold, like Super Sonic:XD2:

Can anyone think of more?
 
Grim Reaper.

Would be dark type and would be physically offensive but a movepool similar to Darkrai's.
 
Davy Jones would be a Water/Dark type with the moves: Constrict, Crabhammer, Swords Dance, Water Pulse, with the ability Swift Swim
 
Pretty much every X-Men character would make a good pokemon.
 
All the members of Slipknot. They'd be Dark types, and they'd have a lot of status attacks, but almost no attacking prowess.

Maybe… Harry Potter?
 
Mario as a Fighting type, learns moves such as Rock Smash, Brick Break, Bounce, (Hi) Jump Kick, Growth.

Can evolve into multiple things such as Fire Flower Mario, Aqua Mario, Tanuki Mario, etc.
 
I've actually had this list ready for quite some time. First of all, I would like to say that the only reason Pig Ganon isn't on this list is because Tepig is "close enough." The first thing I have to say here is the following:

GIR from Invader Zim (Steel/Fire or Normal or Dark) - Although he would have to have a 50% chance of not following orders in battle.
Honestly, Zim himself would make a good Bug/Steel Pokemon, as would all the Irkens.

This next section here will be from Brawl characters, as I've been playing that game today.

Kirby (Normal/Flying??)
MetaKnight (Steel/Dark)
King Dedede (Water)
Mr. Game and Watch (Dark/Normal)
Bowser (Fire/Water)
Yoshi (Dragon/Ground???)

Now, onto not Brawl Things:

Cthulhu (Water/Dark) - Legendary Pokemon, some say its coming is a sign that the "Stars are Right" for the end of the world.

Audry II from Little Shop of Horrors (Grass/Dark)

Emily (ie: The Corpse Bride, from Tim Burton's Corpse Bride (Ghost or Ghost/Psychic) Also, Jack Skellington or Sally probably would work as well.

The Maleficent Dragon from Sleeping Beauty (Dragon/Fire) would be pretty sweet. Also Mushu from Mulan (Dragon) would also be funny.

Characters from Tim Burton's 9 as Steel/Ghost types.

Navi (ie: the fairy from Zelda: Ocarina of Time) could be just about the most annoying Pokemon in existence (signature move: "Hey Listen!" Effect: Annoy the opponent Pokemon and Trainer so much they go completely insane and forfeit the match).

The Tachicoma from Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex (Steel/Electric)

Yeah, that's everything I can think of for now.
 
V. Maybe a Dark/Fighting-type (Dark-type mostly due to his appearance and being seen as a terrorist/general bad-guy by the government), with the Justified ability. Movepool consisting of moves related to swords (Swords Dance, Leaf Blade, Night Slash, etc), martial arts-related moves (Elemental Punches, Jump Kick, etc), and maybe moves related to explosions.
