Been looking in all 3 binoculars in the lookout of the Great Marsh 3 times a day and I've never seen a Carnivine. How hard is it to find one?

Yeh theyre pretty tough to find, try looking through the bimoculars more than once per day.
Heheh, Carvanha... Torgetsu Kon, you kill us with your jokes...
Ehem... Anyway, yeah, it can be pretty tough to find. As far as I know, Carnivine has a regular encounter rate of just 1%, but increases to 10% on certain days. These days are random, so your best bet is just to check everyday until you finally see it.
Another way to increase your chance of finding it is to trade records with someone else who joins your group (the one that you set up with a guy from Jubilife). People of the same group end up with the same Pokemon of the day in the Great Marsh when they mix records, so if your friend has Carnivine available that day, so will you.
Or, if all else fails, arrange a trade with someone to get it...
Several pokemon, including Carnivine, the Croagunk family, the Skorupi family, etc., can only be found in the Great Marsh by normal means. It is a very random occurence, and their chance of appearing occurs within the span of a day. If you are in the Great Marsh during a day where any one of these pokemon can be found during that day, you have a 10% chance of finding that pokemon. It would be greatly beneficial to use the binoculars, so you can have a better indication as to what areas contain which pokemon.
