Can't Recognize a Han Character

I'm not sure if it is right forum to ask it, as Han Characters are not only Japanese topic, it is also in Chinese and Korean. The one which I'm asking about comes from a Chinese Comic Book, but still, I think this is the best section for such question.

What is this character:

I totally need its Unicode Offset and Reading in Pinyin.

I searched for this character using JWPCE and Cojak and I didn't find it.

I believe it's something from Simplified Chinese, I don't read Simplified Han.

Please help me! It's important!
