Um... if I have a Pokemon card that is a missing picture on Bulbawiki, should I scan it, tag it so it can't be copied for counterfeiting purposes, then upload it? And if so, is it possible to upload it directly to the site? I just have A LOT of the older cards...

Well, personally, I think that would be great. I'm sure the heads of the pedia will find that a load off thier shoulders if you could do that

For preference, don't tag it with a watermark or anything. We don't own the images on the cards, and it'd likely be dangerous for us to do anything like that for the wiki. There will be meta data included in your scan image file that our system can use to track it in any case.

I think the standard image size being used is 200 × 272 pixels. Large enough that it's readable, small enough that it'd screw someone trying to blow the image up to the proper size for printing for counterfeit cards.

All right. That's good to know. (I was just going to put a tag in the corner or something to mess with counterfeiters, but the size thing is better!)

I'll start putting up images soon.

(And an admin can lock this topic now, plus add something if necessary.)
