To be mostly used on Shoddy. Early days for the team, but its got a winning steak of about 10-odd matches. Care to give opinions?

Donphan

Item: Leftovers
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 52 HP, 252 Attack, 204 Defense

~Rapid Spin
~Stealth Rock
~Earthquake
~Assurance

Donphan is my lead. He does a good job. Sets up Stealth Rock, tries to kill with a combination of Earthquake and Assurance, and when the time is right, spins hazards away when required. Has solid Defense to take hits upfront, and is almost always successful. Plus, he doesn't need to worry too much about a Life Orb+Technician boosted Fake Out from Ambipom, which is a great asset indeed. In fact he does very well against Ambipom, EQing first as Ambipom Taunts, and KOs next turn. However, I was wondering if Ice Shard would be better in place of assurance(especially since Froslass is now BL) to stop opposing Altaria and revenge kill weakened sweepers like Scyther/Sceptile.

Spiritomb
Ability: Pressure
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252 HP, 140 Defense, 116 Special Defense

~Shadow Ball
~HP Fighting
~Rest
~Sleep Talk

Spiritomb, the Status Absorber and an all round great wall with no weaknesses. Its a full stop to any sweeping Arcanine, Espeon, Alakazam, Houndoom, Toxicroak, Moltres, Absol, etcetera.... Shadow Ball and HP fighting provide perfect neutral coverage. He Rests when the opponent's managed to dent its HP, then, you know what happens. A remarkable Registeel counter, and great for stalling out PP of moves like Hydro Pump/Sucker Punch.

Toxicroak
Ability: Damp Skin
Item: Black Sludge
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Attack, 4 Def

~Focus Punch
~Substitute
~Sucker Punch
~Ice Punch

SubPunching Toxicroak. I used to use an Altaria here, but she didn't seem to do much, unlike this dude here. Simple strategy, switch in to any water attacks, set up a Substitute, and fire Focus Punches like there's no tomorrow. However, Sucker Punch is what makes him truly an asset, as it helps enormously in killing things like Scizor(after SR damage), Espeon, Alakazam and the occasional Gardevoir. Ice Punch is for coverage, since I hate depending upon Stone Edge's 90 accuracy.
Toxicroak does magnify the team's ground weakness, but most things that carry ground attacks carry Ice/Rock attacks as well, so there's no point in putting a Ground resist here just for the sake of removing that ground weakness.

Magneton
Ability: Magnet Pull
Item: Leftovers
Nature: Timid
EVs: 60 HP, 196 Speed, 252 Special Attack

~Substitute
~Charge Beam
~Thunderbolt
~HP Fire

Ripped right from Smogon, could find nothing better :p
Magneton is truly one of the best things to partner a Dragon/Flying sweeper. You know the drill - switch in to something that is completely walled by its great typing, Substitute on the switch, Charge Beam to boost Special Attack and Thunderbolt for a power packed STAB move. Hidden Power Fire is for those nasty steel types as well as the Grass types who resist Thunderbolt.

Scyther
Ability: Technician
Item: Choice Scarf
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252 Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Def

~Aerial Ace
~Brick Break
~U-Turn
~Night Slash

Scyther is my revenge killer. Seriously, I don't get it why no one expects a Scarf Scyther. Its got fantastic Attack power, great type coverage, and best of all, U-Turn, and who can forget, Technician. I thought about going the Pursuit way for Rotom, but Night Slash seems to be more reliable. This thing absolutely kills SD Sceptile, Venusaur and Toxicroak(okay, only if the other guy is foolish enough to use something other than Sucker Punch). U-Turn is great for scouting purposes, as well as for killing Nasty Plot Espeon and Alakazam who never saw Scarfed Scyther coming. Also, he's perhaps my best answer to Scarf Houndoom, who is slaughtered by Brick Break. Speaking of Houndoom, well...

Houndoom
Ability: Flash Fire
Item: Life Orb
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Special Attack, 252 Speed, 4 Def.

~Nasty Plot
~Flamethrower
~Dark Pulse
~Hidden Power Flying

Boy, is he a BEAST. I used to run an Arcanine in this slot, but Houndoom kicks more ass and the power drop from Fire Blast to Flamethrower is less noticeable(except against Chansey, but who would leave Houndoom against Chansey anyway?), especially after a Flash Fire boost.

Well, thats my team for ya. Constructive criticism appreciated.

No comments, huh?

Added Toxicroak in place of Altaria for reasons stated in the OP. The thing seems to pair well with Houndoom(although sharing a Ground weakness....)

I think you said it your self, you have a huge ground weakness. Only scyther is immune but you have 3 pokemon weak to it. You also have a pretty big rain dance weakness. Maybe try a defensive ludicolo or sceptile

Branching out and being orignal is what UU/NU is about. Take off Magneton for this.

Tangrowth
Leftovers
252 EV Attack
203 Ev Defence
57 EV HP

Leech Seed
Sleep Power
Power Whip
Poison Jab/Substitute

I went with Poison Jab, and i got myself 3-4 kills per game with this beast.

@Himitsu:
A: I don't see a nature.
B: Poison Jab is just lousy. Earthquake is better.
C: Wouldn't 204 Defense and 56 HP make more sense?

WAT? Why those weird EVs? Why Poison Jab over EQ which has more coverage? Why take out Magneton out who can deal with Flying/Water/Steel/Grass for a Wall that only works well in Sunny Day?

Well, Toxicroak excels in rain..... not many Earthquakers(in rain) to be afraid of, resists Grass attacks from Ludicolo, and only weak to Gorebyss... But looks like he is the only thing I can expect to perform against Rain Dance teams. So whaddaya say? Should I go for Venusaur? or Ludicolo? Or does Tangrowth solve my problem? And what should I replace?
