Might be the base stats...might not be the base stats. What really made me consider that they may be said stats was Roselia's evo having stats divisible by 5, and Dorapion having seemingly skewed stats. I could be wrong, but it is certainly food for thought.

I thought it looked related to volbeat and illumise, but it doesn't look like an evo or pre-evo. It looks more like a hitmontop relation
