Here's an idea I stole from old issues of Wizard (which is, pretty much, the ONLY comic book magazine). The basis for this thread is fairly simple: What comic book/s would you like to see made into movie/s? Who would you like to see play the characters? And are there any specific stories that you'd like to see told in movie-format? OR, if there's already a movie, but you didn't like an actor, suggest someone you would have preferred.

A Wizard that came out while the first X-Men was being made said that Fantastic Four and Ironman would also get movies. FF has one so now I want to see Ironman. As for stuff in the movie, no clue.

I want to see a big-screen Wonder Woman movie. I have no clue about which actress should play her, but it'd have to be someone in her early to mid 20s (to account for all the sequels). Although I think Lucy Lawless would be good in the lead.

Joss Whedon (Serenity, Firefly) is finishing up the script to Wonder Woman. As for cast, I've heard a LOT of people thrown around as options to play the lead. Teri Hatcher, Catherine Zeta-Jones (she IS Greek), the chick from the OC (I can't remember her name), and tons of others. I think Lucy Lawless was thought of during the peak of Xena, but they probably will look for a 20-year-old. And with her cast, they'll have the big three DC characters and maybe, just MAYBE, we'll see a JLA film. But I doubt it.

I think Zeta-Jones was considered but it was decided that she's too old (she's 36, I think). Evangeline Lilly from Lost was also considered but I will slit my wrists if she gets the part. She's way too scrawny to play an Amazon who stands 5'10" and weighs 150 lbs.
