This is the team I usually use for WiFi battles and the like. It's a bit of a mix between OU and UU.

All EV totals are speculative, as I wasn't 110% vigilant on keeping track of totals while leveling.

Also, some have less than ideal natures. I'm in the process of re-raising a few, but it's a long process.

Empoleon (Hasaki) @Focus Sash
252 Spd, 252 Sdef, 6 Def
Mild
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock
-Roar

My lead. Simple enough, drop StealthRock, and use Roar to stack up some initial damage and mess with setup. Take advantage of Pokés forcibly switched with a weakness to either Surf on IceBeam.

Blaziken (Backdraft) @Wide Lens
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Sdef
Adamant
-Blaze Kick
-Brave Bird
-Sky Uppercut
-Thunderpunch

Physical sweeper. Excellent attack and speed combined with surprisingly effective type coverage makes him a demon. Falls to a stiff breeze, though. Wide lens counteracts 90% accuracy on Blaze Kick and Sky Uppercut.

Milotic (Cytheria) @Leftovers
252 Def, 252 Sdef, 6 Spd
Bold
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Hypnosis
-Recover

Bulky water wall. Pretty standard setup, nothing too groundbreaking here. Put 'em to sleep and Surf/Beam/switch as needed. Recover to stay up.

Staraptor (Hayabusa) @Muscle Band
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Def
Quirky
-Brave Bird
-Aerial Ace
-U-Turn
-Close COmbat

Another physical attacker. Still deciding on moveset, I don't know if I want to keep both BraveBird and AerialAce for the big hitter and the auto-hit, or dump one for better coverage. U-Turn out if opponent swaps into something it can't handle.

Rhyperior (Therion) @Leftovers
252 Def, 252 Sdef, 6 Atk
Careful
-Earthquake
-Hammer Arm
-Rock Wrecker
-Megahorn

General wall, with a bias towards physical. Also works as a physical attacker. Earthquake and Megahorn are for coverage, the other two end up not used as much as they could be. Not totally happy with moveset.

Salamence (Rufus) @Life Orb
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Def
Naughty
-Dragon Claw
-Fly
-Crunch
-Thunder Fang

Yet another Physical attacker. Dragon claw is a general go-to, Fly may end up replaced by AerialAce, but is useful nonetheless, Crunch for those pesky ghosts and psychics. ThunderFang is water coverage.

An obvious main weakness is the lack of a real special sweeper. I haven't decided on what I really want for it, but it'll probably end up as a grass type, due to the lack of them on the team.

As they say, everything looks fine up close. So you guys, tell me what I missed.

Empoleon (Hasaki) @Focus Sash
252 Spd, 252 Sp. Attack, 6 Def
Modest
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Stealth Rock
-Roar

Only two things wrong here. One is the Nature. Modest v. Mild, Modest wins. Also, if you're banking on the Sash, you don't need Sp. Defense EVs.

Blaziken (Backdraft) @Wide Lens
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Sdef
Jolly
-Blaze Kick
-Brave Bird
-Sky Uppercut
-Thunderpunch

Again, Nature. I say Jolly because it needs to outpace things.

Milotic (Cytheria) @Leftovers
252 Def, 252 Sdef, 6 Spd
Bold
-Surf
-Ice Beam
-Hypnosis
-Recover

Nothin' wrong here.

Staraptor (Hayabusa) @Muscle Band
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Def
Jolly
-Brave Bird
-Return / Double-Edge
-Quick Attack
-Close COmbat

Two Flying-type attacks? Oy. Jolly Nature augments its impressive Speed, as it can already do much damage. I gave it Quick Attack because priority can save you (I know from experience), and Staraptor doesn't need to scout.

Rhyperior (Therion) @Choice Band
252 HP, 252 Attack, 6 Defense
Adamant
-Earthquake
-Fire Punch
-Stone Edge
-Megahorn

Special wall Rhyperior? Fail. Even with Solid Rock (which you forgot to mention) and a Sandstorm boost (which is not seen here), it only has 55 base Sp. Defense. Choice Band Rhyperior can cause a LOT of damage.

Salamence (Rufus) @Yache Berry
252 Atk, 252 Spd, 6 Def
Naughty
-Dragon Claw
-Earthquake
-Dragon Dance
-Fire Blast

Right on with the Nature, but the moveset was horrible. So I gave you a Dragon Dance set.

I'd replace Blaziken with a Special attacker.

A standard Mixape can OHKO 4/6 of this team for sure, and I'm pretty sure Close Combat would be a OHKO on Blaziken as well. (By the way, standard Mixape is Fire Blast/Close Combat/Grass Knot/Hidden Power Ice).

Empoleon is bulky enough that you can give it a more defensive EV spread and better item. With the right spread, there won't be many leads that can OHKO Empoleon. If you're interested, just ask for the spread. If not, you should still be going for Modest. Mild isn't doing anything here except lowering your Defense.

Blaziken is outclassed by Infernape. I suggest taking SharKing's suggestion and adding a Special Attacker in its place. Might as well be an Infernape. (The standard mixape would be fine. If you don't want to breed for Hidden Power, just go with Nasty Plot.)

I only see a problem with Milotic's EV spread. It needs more HP. Also, since you have nothing to status absorb, you could consider RestTalk Milotic. It works wonders.

The only suggestion I have for Staraptor is to change Aerial Ace to either Return (Don't have to re-breed, but you have to up its happiness) or Double-Edge (Have to re-breed, and it gives you two recoil moves). U-Turn isn't only used for scouting; it can also be used to break a Substitute and then bring in a Pokemon for a revenge kill (\U-Turn Staraptor works well with Dugtrio).

Rhyperior has a definite problem. If you want it to wall, it needs to be Impish to accent its high Defense. It also needs HP EVs, and a lot of them. If you're walling, Rhyperior should have some support moves. Since Empoleon has Stealth Rock, Rhyperior could have Roar. Replace Hammer Arm for that. Stone Edge should replace Rock Wrecker as well; Stone Edge, over the course of two turns, does more damage than Rock Wrecker. Plus, having a move like Rock Wrecker, which requires you to recharge, is just an invitation for something to A) Set up on you or B) Revenge kill you.

Your Salamence needs work. In order to keep it as close to what you have as possible, you should go for a Choice Band set. While Outrage is better, Dragon Claw can be kept. Earthquake and a Fire move provide unresisted coverage. Using Fire Blast will not only make use of the fact that you're running Naughty instead of Adamant, but will also hit common Steel-types harder (Skarmory, Forretress, Scizor). The last slot can either stay Crunch (To hit Cresselia; it has no other use, really) or can go to Aqua Tail (It can hit Hippowdon and Gliscor, which would otherwise give you trouble).
