Catch Gigantamax Garbodor in Pokémon GO in the Max Battle Day on November 1st

Gigantamax Garbodor will be making its debut in six-star Max Battles in Pokémon GO's next Max Battle Day, coming early next month on Saturday, November 1st, running as usual from 2:00pm to 5:00pm local time. Lucky Trainers may also encounter Gigantamax Garbodor in its Shiny variant during this event.

Event Bonuses and Activities
The following bonuses will be active during the event hours:

• Max Particle collection limit increased to 1,600.
• All Power Spots will host Gigantamax Battles.
• Power Spots will refresh more frequently.
• Trainers will receive 8× Max Particles from Power Spots
• An additional two Special Trades can be made

The following bonuses will be active from 12:00am to 5:00pm local time on the day of the event:

• Trainers will receive 2× Max Particles from exploring
• 1/4 adventuring distance is required to receive Max Particles

The following bonuses will be active from October 31st, at 5:00pm, through to November 1st, at 8:00pm (PDT):

• The daily Remote Raid limit will increase from 10 to 20.

Free Timed Research
A free Timed Research opportunity will be available to Trainers starting Monday October 27th at 6:00am local time. On completion, this Timed Research will reward Trainers with an encounter with Dynamax Drilbur, as well as Candy and Max Particles to assist trainers in building up their teams to take on Gigantamax Garbodor

The tasks associated with this Timed Research must be completed and their rewards must be claimed before November 1st at 5:00pm local time.

Event Ticket
Trainers can purchase an event-exclusive ticket for US$4.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency), which grants access to event-exclusive Timed Research, which will be effective on November 1st, from 2:00pm to 5:00pm local time. Trainers completing this research will receive 1 Max Mushroom, and 25,000 XP.

Additionally, ticket holders will also receive the following bonuses during the event:

• 2× XP from Max Battles
• Max Particle collection limit increased to 5,600

This ticket will only be available in the in-game shop until 5:00pm local time on November 1st. Trainers may gift this event-exclusive ticket to any friend with a Friendship level of Great Friends or higher.

Gigantamax Garbodor Max Battle Boost Box
A Gigantamax Garbodor Max Battle Boost Box will be available on the Pokémon GO Web Store for US$9.99 (or the equivalent pricing tier in each local currency). This box includes a Max Mushroom and seven Max Particle Packs.
