I wouldn't even know where to get a proper yay/nay consensus on these. ...Or how to make them myself. You only ever learn slowly when some things aren't readily available by example.

Wild Pokémon most active in daylight
Wild Pokémon most active in the morning

All categories being inclusive of those that are solely bound to a time period (Hoothoot) or those that are sparse during one time and more active in another (Kricketune), based on the percentages of the routes they appear on. Yes, there are the nocturnal and diurnal lists, but they're not very tuned to the whole latter bit. ...We had a category for gender ratio. This can't be that farfetched.

The question then follows of "what constitutes most"? Some Pokémon will appear slightly more often during the day or night, others appear a lot more often, and others appear exclusively. Look at Rattata on Route 33. Lots more active at night there, but less active at night in Tin Tower. Zubat on routes compared to caves.
