What I am looking for -

Shiny Pokemon (I do like to look at the Pokemon first, just because it is Shiny doesn't mean I will take it.)

Attack boosting Natured Turtwig. (Modest,Mild,Quiet,Rash) Level 1 no EVs

or

A Level 1 no EV Dieno (Desired nature is the same as the Turtwig) with egg move Dark Pulse.

What IVs are the celebi? I have a modest deino with dark pulse lv 1 ut, or I also have a lv 18 modest with dark pulse deino half EV trained. It hasmax spec atk IVs and 30 ivs in speed. The rest are around low 20s except attack is <10 but you don't need that. By half ev trained I mean it has exactly 252 EVs in spec attack and nothing else. Already learned draco meteor too!
