Celestic town contest? DP100?

do you think dawn will win her 3rd ribbon in celestic town? and who will she use? swinub? or piplup? i think nando will make an appearance, because we haven't seen him since the hearthome contest DP049, and do you think DP100 will be a big episode?

I think she'll win her next Contest. Dawn's losing streak is over and it wouldn't make much sense to have her lose again after she won an entire tournament.

I hope she uses Swinub in the next Contest since it hasn't been in one yet.

Nando's due for another appearance, and Celestic Town is a good place for it.

I'm guessing she uses Swinub and Buneary for the next contest and wins it since she needs to win a regular contest now.

As for DP 100 and if it's special or anything. Who knows? I really don't think every hundred episodes something special has to happen but I guess an evolution wouldn't be a bad thing.

Personally I'm hoping for a huge Team Galactic-centic arc in Celestic Town that delves into Sinnoh lore and such some more. Preferably one that would end at just the right time for the dub's eleventh to end on a high note like season 10 did... a long string of plot-heavy Celestic Town-based episodes ending with DP104 would be perfect.

As for Dawn's Contest, a victory, Nando, Buneary, and Swinub all sound good.

The odds are overwhelming that they've been held back so far in order to implement their Platinum storyline later, I think. I wouldn't be surprised if the Veilstone meteor plot is in said game.

How about a new character altogether? All they've done in the DP Contests is recycle through the same 3 characters + Jessie. Unless you count May as one, we haven't had any new coordinators in Dawn's arc at all besides the same people.

I agree that Zoey is boring, but the writers seem to want her in most of the Contests for some reason. She's been in most of them and I think she'll keep showing up even as a spectator or whatever.

I'm hoping we see Kenny again because he's barely appeared so far and he's a lot less boring than everyone else.

I'm sure Piplup will be in another Contest at some point, just not the next one. I can't see Piplup sitting out for the rest of the Contest arc, I see it winning Dawn's 5th ribbon for her.

I'm not expecting TG to go around blowing sh_t up and setting people on fire like Joker. Joker raised the bar for what evil should be. The villains in Digimon were pretty sinister for a kids show. It just wouldn't hurt for TG to step it up a notch.

I hope now that Platinum is almost out that the Galactic storyline will be handled better. At this point, Galactic is honestly not handled that much better than Magma/Aqua were. They've only gotten a grand total of 2 full episodes out of 90 DP eps so far, with no indication when we'll see more of them.

Can you believe we're going to be over 90 eps into DP and Team Galactic only has 2 full episodes so far?

I think one problem the DP arc has is introducing TOO many characters, and a lot of them are eating each others screentime. Look at Gary, he's also only ever appeared for 2 episodes thus far.

At this point, excluding characters like Paul and Zoey, everyone else is going to have a bare minimum of appearances given there's so many characters the writers have this arc. It really does feel like the writers put too much on their plate, and now they don't know how to divide up the screentime for everything.
