Haven't u noticed that Celio is obsessed with Bill. He knows everything about him. DO you think that this makes them a possible couple??
 
Oh yes, certainly. Well, at least on Celio's part.

Anyone else think that they tossed in that part where that old guy says that Celio would make a fine husband for his granddaughter as a way of avoiding the issue? Kinda like "Oh, Celio's not gay! This old man says so! Now let's hear Celio blabber on about Bill for five minutes!"
 
I'm so glad someone made a thread about this ship! I just played through the part where you first meet Celio, and I'm amazed the game makers made him gush over Bill so much XD

Anyone know of some good fanart/fanfics? Or just fan works in general? :\
 
Celio is in Fire Red/Leaf Green, on One Island. He's in charge of the Sevii Islands computer system, and the player character goes with Bill to fix the system. And once Bill leaves, Celio spends pretty much the rest of the game talking about him.
 
omg.. as soon as I saw those two together on the games, and how they acted around eachother I knew there was something juicy going on :p
 
This is one of the most canon ships ever. *Nods* Celio obsesses over Bill *way* too much for it to be mere coincidence *cough* friendship.

Now, to write or not to write...
