Cerulean Cave Problems

I have beat the Elite four and got my National Pokedex, so how do I get into the Cerulean Cave, and where do I find a lax tag (sopposibly you need to give it to a female Snorlax to breed into a munchlax(but I'm breeding a male snorlax and a Ditto to see if they are lying).. Oh yeah, is there any Topic that I can post these questions in? I look every time and I cannot find one, and I make alot of question topics, so yeah..

To get into Cerulean cave you must first fix Celio's network on island 1.

Oh, ok and one more question, what Pokemon is on Island 5, a lady said something about tourists coming to the island just to see the Pokemon?

No idea, just let me check my game snd I'll get back to you... The woman on Four island is talking about Lapras. If you surf on the water behind where Lorelei and Team Rocket were stood there's a 1% chance of finding a Lapras.
P.S. You find both inscences in Lost Cave, don't ask me where though.
P.P.S. It's definitely Four island not Five island.
P.P.P.S. You cannot get a Munchlax until Diaomond and Pearl come out for the DS.

Well, I have the Snorlax Egg, I just have to wait for it to hatch. I don't need a Lapras I got one at that building Team Rocket tryed take over, Silth Co. spelled something like that.

On island five if you head up towards resort Georgeus (using surf) and then head East through a small break in the rocks there is a cave which when you go in, has four different doors. Go on www.psypokes.com and click on their SEVII islands walkthrough to find out which way to go. (yes, you can use surf near island 5, and if you go West in the water laybrinth you'll come to a man who'll give you a togepi egg!!"

There's no item that breeds Munchlax in Gen III, that's one of those special incenses besides the ones used for Wobbuffet and Marill, but it was introduced and only available in Gen IV. And in all technicalities, if you attach them to either male or female of the evolved species, you should end up with the baby form, so long as it'd end up otherwise as the basic form. That means... two Marill, either can have it, a Marill and an Azumarill, either can, Marill or Azumarill, if it's the female one breeding with another male in the same egg group... If it's a male Azumarill, then you can't do that, because you'd end up with a Pichu or whatever.

And of course, with Ditto, so long as it's on the non-Ditto Pokémon, it should work. It just needs to be the right one.
