EVERYONE: - Complete Champion's Title

Calem nervously fiddled with his bright red cap before getting ready to step to the front of the Radiant Chamber. He had defeated Diantha, making him the current reigning Champion of the Kalos region. Slowly moving his feet like they were bound by heavy weights, he paced to the doorway of the bright room, the technicolor circular lights on the ground shining in all the colors of the Pokemon types. When he got to the doorway, he took a quick second to examine the Trainer that had arrived to challenge him. The Trainer that had come to challenge him had teal hair which was tied into two pigtails that were as messy as the vines of a Tangela. She had multiple silver piercings on both of her ears and wore a suit with a Mega Gyarados print on it. A Key Stone rested serenely on a golden choker.
‘’The name’s Lebanne, if you were wondering,’’ she roared, ‘’And I never hold back!’’. Her rough demeanor unsettled Calem.
‘’Let’s start the battle,’’ Calem calmly said. He threw a Poke Ball and his Florges came out. Lebanne also threw a Poke Ball, which made a Noivern come out.
‘’Use Dragon Claw!’’ Lebanne shouted. The Sound Wave Pokemon’s sharp crimson claws glowed and it struck Florges. However, Florges was unfazed, as Dragon type moves had no effect on Fairy types. Calem called for a Moonblast and Florges’ hands started forming a large pink ball. She threw it at Noivern, making the Pokemon fall towards the ground in defeat. Lebanne held out her Poke Ball and returned Noivern back to it. She then threw another Poke Ball, prompting her Garchomp to come out. She called for it to use Earthquake and the ground started trembling furiously.
‘’Oh no,’’ Calem thought, eyeing his Florges. The Earthquake seemed to have done significant damage. ‘’Solar Beam!’’ he commanded. Florges started amassing light, giving Garchomp the opportunity to hit her with a supereffective Poison Jab. Florges collapsed, and Calem called her back to his Poke Ball. ‘’Lucario, come on out!’’ he screamed. Lucario burst of the Poke Ball and growled loudly. He demanded a Close Combat and the Aura Pokemon charged towards Garchomp and struck it fiercely with all four of its limbs. Garchomp cried out in pain, and Lebanne commanded a Fire Fang. It bit Lucario with its flame-engulfed fangs, and Lucario howled at the agony. Calem decided to take advantage of the situation and told Lucario to use Reversal, a move that became more powerful when the user had less health. Lucario punched Garchomp with its orange fist, defeating the Mach Pokemon.
‘’Tyrantum!’’ Lebanne yelled, flinging a Poke Ball into the air. The Rock and Dragon type Pokemon roared, making Calem shake a little. Lebanne barked at it to use Dragon Tail. Tyrantum’s tail glowed and it slapped the Aura Pokemon ferociously. Lucario fell to the ground and lay there, unmoving. Calem returned Lucario to its Poke Ball and threw another one. This time, his Gogoat came out.
‘’Vine Whip!’’ Calem commanded. Long green vines sprouted from Gogoat’s back and Gogoat began to hit Tyrantum with them. Lebanne told her Tyrantum to retaliate with Dragon Claw and the Despot Pokemon attacked Gogoat with its claws. ‘’Use Horn Leech! It will help you restore some of your health,’’ Calem told Gogoat. Gogoat’s sharp, curvy brown horns glowed in a green light and it dashed towards Tyrantum. When they were only a few inches apart, the Mount Pokemon jumped into the air and hit Tyrantum with its horns. Gogoat’s body glowed in a bright green light, meaning that it had restored health. ‘’Finish it off with Bulldoze!’’ yelled Calem. Gogoat stomped on the ground with its hard dark brown hooves, sending a shockwave in the direction of the Despot Pokemon. Tyrantum fainted and Calem praised Gogoat for its good work. Lebanne then sent out her Altaria. The Humming Pokemon’s fluffy wings flapped gently upon being sent out of its Poke Ball.
‘’Hurricane!’’ the young lady called out. Her messy teal pigtails flapped around in the wind as Altaria conjured up its Hurricane. When the wind finally stopped, Gogoat had fainted. Calem recalled Gogoat and sent out Talonflame. He called for Talonflame to use Brave Bird, and Talonflame went up into the air covered in orange flames before diving down on Altaria. He then told Talonflame to use Razor Wind. Talonflame flapped its large wings and sent sharp blades of air towards Altaria’s direction. Lebanne commanded Altaria to use Dragon Pulse and a beam of indigo energy blasted out of Altaria’s beak. The impact of the blast pushed Talonflame back and Calem demanded for Talonflame to use Flare Blitz. Cloaked in red-orange fire, the Scorching Pokemon flew towards the Humming Pokemon. However, just as Talonflame was able to get close to Altaria, Altaria flew out of the way, making Talonflame ram into a wall. Sparks circled Talonflame’s body as it winced in pain. Lebanne then commanded another Dragon Pulse, and Calem commanded Talonflame to use Protect. A turquoise barrier formed in front of Talonflame and the Dragon Pulse attack bounced off of it. Lebanne then told Altaria to use Dragon Breath, paralyzing Talonflame. She then told it to use Echoed Voice, which made Talonflame faint. Taking out a Poke Ball, Calem returned Talonflame and sent out Meowstic. He called for the Constraint Pokemon to use Disarming Voice. Pink heart-shaped soundwaves came out of Meowstic’s mouth and hit Altaria. They made Altaria faint upon contact. Lebanne then opened a Poke Ball and sent out her Druddigon. Calem commanded Meowstic to use Signal Beam. A rainbow colored beam shot out of Meowstic’s mouth and hit Druddigon. Druddigon responded by using Outrage. Enraged, the Cave Pokemon violently attacked Meowstic. Calem then commanded Meowstic to use Shadow Ball. Meowstic formed a dark purple ball and flung it towards Druddigon, causing it to faint. Lebanne then sent out Dragalge.
‘’Psyshock!’’ Calem shouted. Meowstic began materializing a lavender mass of psychic energy and sent it in the direction of Dragalge. It hit Dragalge and the Mock Kelp Pokemon looked like it was in severe pain. The Mock Kelp Pokemon then responded with a Sludge Bomb. When the ball of sludge hit Meowstic, the Constraint Pokemon fell down in defeat. Calem then sent out his final Pokemon, Greninja. Lebanne pressed on her Keystone, causing it to glow. Calem noticed that her fingers were making cracks in the translucent jewel. This prompted Calem to also Mega Evolve his Greninja. He pressed on his Mega Bracelet and both his bracelet and his Greninja began to glow. Then, before his eyes knew it, his Greninja’s appearance changed. The Ninja Pokemon had turned upside down and it was now hanging off of a massive shuriken. ‘’Ice Beam!’’ he shouted to Greninja. The Ninja Pokemon sent out a long stream of ice from its mouth, sending the Mock Kelp Pokemon back. Dragalge called forth multiple flaming meteorites from the sky which pummeled Greninja one by one.
‘’All right, Dragalge! Send them off with Sludge Wave!’’ Lebanne bellowed fiercely. Purple sludge appeared around Dragalge and flew toward Greninja. The Ninja Frog Pokemon’s face turned a purplish hue.
‘’Huh? She poisoned Greninja!’’ Calem perked forward in surprise. The poison made the Ninja Pokemon wince. ‘’Night Slash!’’ he called. Greninja attempted its best to ward off the poison as it went forth to cut Dragalge. The impact pushed Dragalge a bit back.
‘’Hydro Pump!’’ Lebanne yelled. Dragalge shot a beam of water at Greninja. Now, Calem wasn’t sure if he would be able to keep his position as Champion. However, he decided to stay calm and ordered Greninja to use Water Shuriken. Greninja, hearing the command, started forming a ninja star out of water with its hands. When it was done, the Ninja Pokemon shot the star towards Dragalge. The Mock Kelp Pokemon fell down and Lebanne recalled it. She opened her mouth to scream something but decided to restrain herself. She then stormed out of the room. Now, Calem was sure about his position as Kalos Champion, like it was something that was meant for him.
