Snow was softly wafting through the sky as the train pulled up at the end of the bridge and stopped at the station. About 20 or 30 Students poured out, and stepped into the fresh blanket of whiteness. Before them was a large, stone building, which was probably at least 200 years old by the looks of it.
Above them, Altarias glided slowly through the air, cooing at the children.
After a few minutes of walking, they crossed the field and arrived at the building. An older student wearing a badge ushered them inside. The first thing they saw was a large hall, ornately decorated for the student's arrival. They all took a seat, and sat up, waiting for someone to step up onto the stage at the back of the hall and adress them. After a few minutes, somebody did- the older student with the turquouise hair, probably an Ace Trainer, stood up and cleared his throat.

"Hello, people. My name is Gene McGovern, and I'm this Academy's Head Prefect. Ms Lovelock is going to be a little late, so why don't you kids talk to each other. Socialise. I don't know." he nodded, and sat back down on one of the three chairs on the stage, beside a slightly older man with a cane and a black suit, only wisps of hair on his head.

The students, albeit confused at first, slowly turned to each other and began chatting in wait of the Deputy Head, Ms. Lovelock.

ooc: It started! *runs around the romm flailing arms happily*

Ebony shivered, it was much colder than she'd imagined, but she didn't really know what she'd imagined it would be like moving to a place that's usually covered in snow. Ebony debated standing up and going to go and talk to someone, thinking of the pros and cons, before she'd made a real decision she was already stood up. She had already decided how she would start conversation in her head, she was rehearsing it as she searched for someone to talk to even though she'd probably forget it in an instant what she'd even planned to say.

ooc: hurrah for start ups! :p though I see I got ninja'd :p

"Hmm... there a little disorganised I guess" Delenn mused as she petted Rune, who'd taken to standing guard at her feet. Though she was a little apprehensive on socializing...

"This isn't as good as I expected," Adam pointed out as he looked at what was going on. He had expected for things to a be a bit more grand, but it seemed kind of rushed in his opinion. He noticed that other people were already standing up and looking for people to talk to. This just caused Adam to lean against his seat and sigh. "I'm already bored," he groaned while scratching the back of his head and looking at the crowd once more.

Miles walked from the station admiring the stone school as well as the weather. He quite enjoyed cold weather, certainly more than warmer weather, and he happily breathed in the cold air as he walked. Taking off his scarf and coat as he entered the academy, he listened to the message from the head-prefect and was a little confused, if the school was expecting new students, shouldn't everything be prepared and ready? He looked around at the others in the crowd as they began to socialize.

OOC: YES! THANK YOU!

Lilith glared her eyes at the students already talking in the hall, she knew that she shouldn't even try to do the same. Any time she started a conversation it would somehow evolve itself into an argument or at the least would make her begin to dislike whoever she was talking to. She rolled her eyes and sighed, This was such a great decision, Dad, sending me to a school in a different region with a bunch of strangers, and the Headmaster or whatever you call it isn't even here. Nice going. She thought. Lilith was still angry about him for sending her here, she felt like she wasn't even given a choice.

Well, it's not going to be so bad... She thought as she looked at the Pokeball held in her hand, ...I still have Locke here with me.

Will thought that this academy was nothing special, but he had never been to Sinnoh before. He had heard about the Pokemon, though. He had already started up a conversation with people, but they seemed dull. He quickly backed out of the argument about Ground vs Water types without anyone noticing. He saw a boy still sitting in his chair, thought "Why not?", and headed that way.

Don breathed deeply as he discreetly relished the newfound warmth of the building. Well, at least the temperature in comparison to the brick-cold snowy wonderland outside.
Don grimaced as he took a serious look around the place. He didn't like what he saw. Just a bunch off pasty-faced kids looking to become good with pokemon, he thought to himself. These people didn't seem like humans that he could actually even associate himself with.
"What a pain...", Don thought aloud. He immediately realized that he said that aloud, and sunk his face into his hands.

Bella looked around in awe at all the people, her eevee Platinum was on her shoulder. "I want to greet someone but I'm not sure who to talk to," she said to Platinum. The eevee just shook his head as lost as her. The two were not used to big crowds though Bella was excited to be at a school with kids her age. Not only that she would be studying to be a trainer like her sister. The prospect of it excited her.

Tailisu was just happy to be at the Academy after a long travel from home. He took off his blue knit hat from his head making his hair more unkempt and took of his black gloves. He kept his blue jacket cause he still felt a little cold. Next to him was his staryu called Radiant and the hoothoot perched on his shoulder was called Garr. The two pokémon were sent out after entering the building. The starfish pokémon was admiring the variety of pokémon and people while the night bird pokémon was analyzing them, he wasn't entirely too trusting of anyone other than his friends. The boy heard the headmaster was going to be late., he wondered why though. At least he will have more time with himself and his pokémon. The prefect said that they should socialize with other students so he thought he should do that. When he turned his head right he saw a person.

Lahiawasn't really used to the cold seeing as she was raised in a warmer climate near the sea. She was brushing her long blond hair with a plastic comb because it was a tangled mess because of her hoodie. Sitting on her lap was her hyperactive emolga, Allegro. He was calm for the moment because he was eating an oran berry the girl gave to him. "How are you not shivering death you knucklehead?" She asked as the emolga was in the cold outside with practically no protection. "Hello." the girl stopped brushing and turned her head to see who greeted her. It was a boy with shaggy dark brown hair and heterochromatic eyes. "Hi, nice eyes." She said to him. "Thanks. So what do you of this place?" He asked the girl. "I guess it's fancy and at least I am out of the cold, I thought I was gonna freeze to death." She joked with him, shich made the other boy chuckle a little. "I'm Tailisu, and you?"he said. "I am Lahia, pleased to meet you." She told the other boy.

Don turned to the boy that spoke to him and said, "Yeah, guess you're right."
Don thought for a second. He was going to be in this academy for a while. He basically had to like it or else he would hate his whole entire experience here. And it's not much of riot at home, Don thought to himself. Now he regretted so hastily saying yes to enter the academy. It was a big decision, and Don wanted to leave home for childish reasons. Don realized that he was just sitting there. Before his silence became too awkward to bear he said, "Well, this place better be good, because I don't wanna be in the middle of nowhere, pissing my days away, you know? I just wanna enjoy this."
Don then gave the slightest smirk and said, "I'm Don by the way. I'm assuming you have a name, too?"

As Noah scanned the scene before him, his eyes retained their icy composure revealing no surprise nor excitement.

The chilling winter airs had no effect on the teenager even though he wasn't wearing any jacket. A tall lanky teenager dressed in running shoes with signs of use, a pair of faded blue jeans, and a simple button down shirt, Noah attempted to recall memories of a warmer place in his life but he only drew up blanks. Exhaling a frosty mist, Noah listened to the headmasters suggestion and decided that it wasn't too bad of an idea.

As he scanned his eyes over the crowd, his gaze landed on a pair of teenage boys that seemed to be talking, one seeming much friendlier than the other, and an angry girl that was sulking alone. The boys were obviously a better choice for Noah to start making friends but something inside of him leaned towards the girl.

Noah merely dismissed it as childish attraction and chuckled. He hadn't ran away from home to chase women, he could save that for later. But something went against his better instinct and he soon walked over to the girl with an angry expression and introduced himself.

"Noah. Noah Pritchard." Noah said as he held out his hand for a friendly handshake to Lilith but his eyes betrayed no warmth and his two black ebony earrings swayed lightly in the breeze. A sword and a shield that seemed to shine in the winter light. "Nice to meet you."

Oh crap... Lilith thought as she saw the boy hold out his hand, I guess I'll have to be polite to this guy,

The red haired girl grabbed Noah's hand, and made an awkward and obviously faked smile, "My name is Lilith... Ernestine..." She wanted to slap herself for making that weird pause between those last two words. She waited for him to continue the conversation or hopefully leave her be.

Keely quickly jumped off into the wintery wonderland. It was her first time at a boarding school, so she was eager to start making friends. "No parents! Talk about PAR-TAY every NIGHT!" She was one of the youngest groups to start the academy, but she didn't care. She loved pokemon, she loved having friends, what could go wrong?

"Lilith Enerstine." Noah repeated, letting the syllables roll off his tongue as he let go of her hand.

"You don't look too happy to be here Lilith." Noah replied, noticing her smile and remembering her sulking. "It's fine, you don't have to pretend to be happy."

Then looking at Keely bouncing about and shouting about parties, a subtle smile formed. He was amused by her energy and something about her happiness was contagious.

"Though I could see how a person could be annoyed."

"True," She rolled her eyes at Keely and turned her gaze back to Noah, "I just really don't want to be here right now..." Lilith had felt a little confused at to why this boy decided to talk to her out of all the people around.

Miles looked around at the others who had begun to talk amongst themselves, then frowned as an obnoxiously lound girl announced herself to the others. He would definately not want to be associating with her. Miles figured that he would wait for someone to approach him, as he was easily the most handsome and well dressed person there, in his opinion at least.
