For a while now, the BMG staff has been working on a series of change to the BMG forums, to develop a focus, and stop being "Generic Pokémon Site [HASHTAG]#101[/HASHTAG] (a game at which we can never do well, because Serebii dominates it).
We have our plans for forum changes (and a few other things) mostly finalized by now, and will be implementing them very shortly (I hope within the week). When we do, we'll probably turn off general access to the board for a while to allow us to work unhindered on making those changes.
(By the way, we're talking about MAJOR changes here. Don't be surprised at lots of new forums, some old ones being removed, and completely new ideas being brought in. We have lots of plans).
