Trying to change my username back to the original one I registered with but when I attempt to make said change I get the following message:
That username is already in use or does not meet the administrator's standards. If you are [...] and you have forgotten your password, click here.

How do you suggest I proceed? I used the name before so that is why it could be considered "in use". However I am not using it right now and I haven't forgotten my password so I am stuck in a bit of a conundrum.

Second question that pertains to the topic, if I change my name to say "Blue Pikachu" do I automatically reserve that name? Meaning if I then change my name to "White Pikachu", there will not be the possibility of another user changing their name to my old nick ("Blue Pikachu")?

Smeargle, I checked and nobody is using it. So I assume that means you don't reserve user names, intriguing.

In the User CP you can "Edit Your Details", I changed my name there.

Around a week ago from "Woingenau" to the current username, I don't exactly remember when I changed it from "Smeargle" to "Woingenau" (that was a bit further back and I didn't record the switch).

Is this relevant for being able to change back?

If I recall correctly, I don't think you can change your name rapid fire like that, I think you have to wait a bit more than a week to do that.

Ah okay I see does anyone know the exact time limit?

Definitely been two weeks now, I can safely say that as I was banned recently xD

So it still doesn't work it seems, changing back to old usernames seems to be impossible. Is it possible that this could be remedied in the near future?

Maybe two weeks don't get counted for being banned. I've changed my name back to Outrage after all. I also seem to have the option to change my name again but I don't feel like it.
