Changing Nicknames.

Hello, I'm new to the site.

Well, I restarted playing Pokémon again after a 5 year hiatus, so I thought 'Hey, I should get Red on emulation.' Got it, played it, caught Pokémon. Now that I've caught those Pokémon, I now want to change their names (it being so long ago I can't remember where it was). I decided to skip over that part once I caught them, but now I want to give them names. Where do I go to do that in Red?
 
You'll find the Name Rater (Kanto) in Lavender Town!! ^_^ Hope the info helps!!

Ah, thank you very much, sir. I thought it was Mr. Fuji, but even then I forgot where he was (I now know he's in Lavender Town too).
