Character cameos (or look alikes)

I was on 4chan today (no I am not a /b/tard, there are other and better boards on 4chan), and I found this screencap, it was thumbnailed, but I knew it was from pokémon the second I saw it, you can see Ash and Pikachu in the full size. Then I thought "What are Sakura and Tomoyo doing in Shinoh?"

I know a lot of people think Volkner looks like someone from Naruto, but I haven't seen much of that series. I just hear that said a lot.

I said "someone in Naruto", not Naruto himself. But since I haven't seen the series much I couldn't tell you WHO it is they think Volkner looks like.

Volkner could almost pass for Minato Namikaze, or the Fourth Hokage.

I honestly never thought to check for things like this. Gonna have to watch animes more closely now.

They do look similar in terms of hair style but Minato is much more outwardly happy.

Well, the Minato/Volkner thing might have been on purpose.

-Volkner is an electric specialist, I hear the fourth hokage has some sort of electric theme or whatever.
-The fourth hokage's wife has red hair. Flint has red hair
