What rival gym leader and elite 4 team choices piss you off. I don't mean difficulty wise I mean coolness wise.

I for one get angry over Blue's HGSS team. I mean he replaces his Alakassam with a Machamp which is Okay but isn't the point of the first fight for it to have loyalty to the original games and he replaces his Gyrados with a Tyranitar that ruins the type trinity he had not to mention now he has to rock types. And Silver in his Ultimate fight still use gen 4 evos. Other main character have gen 4 evo's why not him.

What do you think any team choices that annoy you?

Flint and Volkner's team in DP. They were forced to use pokemon that weren't even of their own type. I'm glad Pt fixed that.

and Elesa for having two of the stupid Emolgas

Blue's replacements were there because they fit better in a trick room team, so they don't really piss me off.

Agreed about Silver not having the Gen 4 evos.

This doesn't really piss me off but I wish gym leaders had more members on their team (at least 3 unique members).

Misty's Staryu (should've been Goldeen, Horsea, or Psyduck)
Lt. Surge's Pikachu (should've been Magnemite)
Koga's two Koffings (should've been Golbat and Venemoth)
Sabrina's Kadabra and Venemoth (should've been Hypno and Slowbro)
Blaine's Ponyta and Growlith (should've been Ninetales and Magmar)
Giovanni's Rhyhorn (should've been Marrowack)
Loreliri's Slowbro
Bruno's two Onix (should've been Primape and Poliwrath)
Agatha's team in general (if only there were more Ghost types)
Lance's two Dragonairs
Falkner's Pidgeotto (should've been Togetic)
Bugsy's Scyther not being Scizor
Morty's team in general (where's Misdrevous)
Chuck's lack of Heracross
Jazz's other Magnemite (should've been Skarmory)
Bryce's Seel (should've been Delibird)
Clair's two/three Dragonairs
Will's two Xatus
Koga's Forretress
Bruno's Onix (should've been Poliwrath)
Karen's Vilepume and Gengar (should've been Sneasal and Tyranitar)
Lance's two Dragonites
Lt. Surge's two Electrodes
Norman's two Vigoths
Volkner's DP team
Flint's DP team
the Triplet's Lilipups
Drayden/Iris's Fraxure

Volkner and Flint had DP teams which were nonsense. I mean a fire-type Elite Four member who uses Steelix? What the hell?

Bertha in the DP elite 4. Her quagsire was almost impossible to defeat, it just spammed its low accuracy move leaving me with no chance in hitting it.

I also agree that Volkners team was aload of rubbish, I went in with my ground + rock types and it made no difference whatsoever.

Falkner:
Y U NO USE HOOTHOOT? Unlike Pidgey/Pidgeotto, it's actually a Gen II Pokemon. And you can get it at the very beginning!

^ That up there. ALL the Johto Gym Leaders bug me. It's why they're such weaker games (not bad, just weaker), they don't even feature the Pokemon of their region. If I wanted to face more Pidgeys again, Falkner, I'd pick up my Yellow again.

I just hate the 4 types of the elite four in general. Ghost, fighting, dark, and psychic. I always liked seeing fire, water, grass, and electric types! I think Blue should have definitely kept his Gyardos at least.

Anyone with under-leveled, non-legit evolutions.

That's right, I'm giving you the side-eye Lance, Falkner, Norman, Winona, Ghetsis, and any other NPCs guilty of this.

Roark - Don't be a Brock ripoff! Trade your Geodude and Onix to Bonsly and Shieldon.
Wake - Y U no use Poliwrath? I can easily imagine you use one...
Bugsy - Your Metapod only knows tackle and your Kakuna only knows Poison Sting...Get Ledyba and Spinarak...Even those would be better choices with your Scyther... D:

Basically those three are the only ones I have even some nagging for...

Red's snorlax in hg/ss. It was THE hardest pokemon to KO in gsc yet it's the easiest in hg/ss.
Barry's starly in dppt. It was at the point of evolving by the 3rd battle by the fourth it was already a staraptor. WTF?!?!?
May/Brendan in general. They gave up after 4 battles with NO way to rematch them! They didn't even have a fully evolved starter at the last battle for crying out loud!
and the grand slam, lances underleveled dragonites.

YES! Exactly! I mean in DP Volkner had an Ambipom and an Octillery.. What were they thinking? and they only know one electric move each. Then Flint, the only fire types he had in DP were Infernape and Rapidash. Drifblim, Steelix, and Lopunny were just random. and Elesa's two Emolga were just annoying. Finally get rid of one and out comes another! I was so annoyed.

Drayden/Iris' teams. The final leaders of the region and they only have three Pokemon? That's like, half a team :|

Bugsy not having an Spinarak and Ledyba, and instead KAKUNA AND METAPOD OF ALL THINGS.

For all purposes, he has one pokemon.

Actually Johto had that problem of reusing too many pokémon. Falkner needed a Hoothoot. Whitney something besides a Clefairy (Snubull?). Morty a Misdreavus, Chuck... something, Jasmine an Skarmory, and so on...

Even Karen didn't have a Tyranitar!

This. One of those little twerps should have been a Joltik or a Galvantula. Then maybe I'd hate her and her team a little less. >.<

It may have something to do with the fact that it's too early to encounter a Joltik while you're still in Nimbasa City (the Unova Dex roster is based on the Pokemon you encounter in chronological order via routes).

Yeah, the Johto gym leaders didn't use enough Gen 2 pokemon. For some reason, they used more Gen 1 pokemon.

I think the worst case was actually Clair. Lance at least had the excuse of Gen. I, but Clair had THREE DRAGONAIR! Two and a Gyarados in the remakes. I know that there was a lack of dragon types that generation... (High enough to make me wonder why did they decide to have TWO Dragon-type trainers...) But seriously? Not even a Dragonite or Dratini? Three of the same pokémon?

Oh, while I am talking about dragons... I think Iris and Drayden should've had a Deino as well, if not Zweilous. Hydreigon comes up kind of completely out of nowhere.
