Galactic finale spoilers...

...

If you saw the ending, you'd notice Charon wasn't arrested like Saturn, Mars and Jupiter were. We actually didn't see anything of him after the final showdown.

I'm hoping Charon gets a final appearance, along with Looker and Buck at Stark Mountain for a Heatran mini-arc. Its the only reason I can imagine Charon wasn't arrested like the other Galactic characters were. Its also a way to give Heatran some episodes and introduce one of the last DP travel partners.

Not to mention your also glued on the idea of Sinnoh being with us in a way till 2012. But you got to admit I am too in a way. Sinnoh might stick around for a little longer after the league but for 1 filler season. The second will involve something else.

It would be very easy to set the Sinnoh Grand Festival in the Ribbon Syndicate. If so, Stark Mountain could be visited as a setup for the League, where fire extracted from Heatran will be used for the ceremony.

There is really no need to invent a multitude of anime-exclusive towns just so that the filler saga will take place in the Battle Zone. Simply put, there are better alternatives out there.

Well maybe Ash has to go to Stark Mountian with Buck to get Heatran's flame for the Sinnoh League.

My guess is after Sunyshore, they'll give the usual, "The league is 3 months away" thing that Kanto, Johto and Hoenn had...so Ash will do some training over at the Stark Mountain area.

Let's look at it this way, its been around a 30 episode gap between Snowpoint and Sunyshore. We've had ONE Gym battle in all of 2009. Who says there's not going to be another 30 episode gap between Sunyshore and the league?

If Pluto/Charon will get another appearance, maybe Hunter J might make another one too. Yes, I know I shouldn't get my hopes up that she remains alive after that Future Sight x2 on her ship, but this should be another reason for PKM anime (DP anyway) to stay exciting to watch.

I'm thinking that both Charon and J are going to come back for the Stark Mountian as a "one episode" thing.

Yeah I know J 'died' but I also think that the US is either going to cut many parts of the new episode, or demand that they show that J didn't really die.

Why? We're not dealing with 4Kids and Kids WB anymore. They might bump up the rating to TV-PG for these two episodes, but I doubt they'd cut any of it.

They better not cut out anything from these episodes....that would tank really bad, I think they should leave those episodes the way the are when we get 'em here in the U.S.

I take Charon escaping arrest to be a pretty strong sign we're seeing the Heatran arc. I don't think it will be before the league though.

I don't see any of this happening, considering how the anime follows a different tangent than what was presented in the games.
Mars and Jupiter are probably in a jail cell. There might be some episode about Charon, but chances are it won't follow the same plotline in the games. I really do not see Stark Mountain being referenced at all in the anime either.

It'll be Charon by himself. Remember how Brody got another appearance after Magma disbanded?

I see Charon getting something like that, only a bigger arc involving Heatran, Looker and Buck.

Brodie was always a one-man-job sort of guy, even when the Magmas were at full force. Hauling the equipment around alone will necessitate that Charon has some help. Unless he suddenly turns out to have a team of superawesome pokemon (hey, maybe he'll wind up with gameverse Cyrus's team for no apparent reason).

Which begs the question of if they'll bring in Rotom.

Mars and Jupiter are probably in a jail cell.

Were you refering to the games or anime? Because in the anime, Saturn was arrested too.

This might be a stretch....but if Charon does come back, there's a very slight possibility that he'll bail Mars, Jupiter, and Saturn outta jail. That's what I think though...

The rest of Galactic is pretty much done. I don't see any of them appearing again. They're arrested and their storyline is over. The writers are gearing up toward the tail-end of Sinnoh now.

Charon and Looker is all that remains, and it was obvious Buck and Heatran would get an episode at Stark Mountain.

Yeah how rich do you have to be to bail out people who tried to destroy all life as we know it?

Obvious for who, Scott? For you maybe, but not for me. No matter how much you want to believe in nonsenses, unless Grand Festival will be in Resort Area (instead of Ribbon Syndicate), there's no way (and no reason) for Battle Zone to appear in anime.
Yes, Charon will appear again, that's almost given, and unlike many others, I also think we'll see Hunter J again too, because I doubt writers will simply kill her. That's not right in kids show, even in Japan. But I think if we'll see Buck, it will be in some filler, not related to his game quest, just like writers did with Mira.
