It's japanese, so I can't tell the o. t.

Where was it caught? Did it came from Hoenn or was it captured in the Iron ruins?

Since that isn't a lot of information I assume it's legit since you could soft reset for it. But if it were something like a Latios or Latias I would doubt it's legit.
